HEALTHY RANCH DRESSING

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup plain yogurt greek or regular
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasonings
  • 1 drop lemon essential oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, for up to one week.

Notes

If you prefer a thicker dressing use greek yogurt and if you like it thinner use regular yogurt.
